Support Lebanese Young Feminists Crisis Response
Young feminists in Lebanon are leading lifesaving crisis response amid escalating violence, displacement, and attacks across the region.
Since March 2, 2026, Lebanon has faced escalating airstrikes and violence as the Israeli aggression expanded into the country. Entire cities have been threatened, and full neighborhoods have been hit, healthcare facilities damaged, and families forced to flee their homes. As violence intensifies across borders - from Palestine, to Lebanon and Iran - communities are facing interconnected crises shaped by ongoing occupation, military aggression, and man-made regional instability.
Even as bombs fall and communities are uprooted, young feminists and grassroots groups across Lebanon are stepping forward to care for their communities in the face of an institutional freeze across governmental bodies and international organizations.
They are organizing mutual aid networks, distributing essential supplies, opening shelters and community kitchens, and creating spaces of care for women, children, and queer communities navigating displacement and violence.
What you can do to help
You can donate to the Rapid Response Fund of the Global Resilience Fund, moving resources directly to Lebanese girls and young feminists responding to this violent crisis. We are working closely with advisors and partners in the region to ensure resources reach those on the front lines of the response.
What your donation will support
Flexible resources for urgent needs: food, shelter, medicine, and safety
Support and safe spaces for women, girls, LGBTQ+ people, and vulnerable migrants
Coordinating local response networks to ensure aid reaches those most at risk
Resources for continued organizing for recovery and rebuilding in the months ahead
In moments of crisis, grassroots feminist networks are often the first to respond to care for their communities and the last to receive funding.
Young feminists in Lebanon are already doing the work of care and protection, leading efforts rooted in the values of collective care, dignity, and justice. Join them!
We are mobilising resources for the world's most critical humanitarian crisis. All money donated by the public will go directly to girls and young feminists, with no overhead fees.
The Fund is administered by Purposeful, an international organisation with a track record of moving resources to young activists in more than 100 countries. Purposeful is registered as a U.K. Charity and 501C(3) for tax Purposes.
